Should you not be happy with your purchase or have a complaint or quality issue you can contact us to exchange your item or obtain a refund subject to any goods purchased being returned within 21 days of purchase date.

 

We will NOT accept any items returned for a refund if they are damaged in transit during their return from you and therefore we specify you either use registered mail service or a courier to return any such items.
