Deliveries:
All orders are shipped using UPS. We do this to help ensure and maintain careful delivery of each item and we prefer to use a quality courier service as it is easier for us/you to track delivery and make sure your quality items are safely delivered to you.
Delivery Costs:
Delivery is charged according to order value as follows:

Overseas Deliveries

Our Mantra:
We aim to ensure that all orders received before 1500 hrs from Monday- Friday will be shipped no more than 48 hrs later.
This service does NOT include orders received on a Bank Holiday or for the following items:
- English Garden embroidered linen collections from Madeira - allow 20 days for smaller items, 60 days for larger items.
- English Garden Silverware collections - allow 21 days.
- English Garden Designer Glassware - allow 14 days.
Should any item not be available at time of ordering we will let you know by return.
“Gift Boxing” is provided at an extra charge as specified on the site.
